My room was great. I was traveling with my doggies. The room was very fresh smelling. We were very comfortable. I would stay here again.
Stayed in a room advertised as having a king and a pull out. The room did not have sheets, pillows, or blankets for the pull out. When we called the desk no one answered. Went to the front desk to ask and they said only sheets were available. The room also only has two towels and there were three of us. We asked for an extra towel and they just had a pool towel available. Overall the front desk staff had a very bad attitude and acted annoyed when asked questions and checking us in. Would not recommend.
This hotel has seen better days and is poorly maintained. The lights in the room have various color temperatures ranging from bright white to warm yellow. The room service is not fine in a daily basis. There are a few drain flies. The room picks up all outdoor noises including the nearby train. Wifi is poor and cell reception is non existent.
Cancelled our reservation with no notice, weren't helpful abd misleading on why, then took forever to rebook a room ZERO APOLOGIES Can't wait to go somewhere else and share my experience with my friends who also stay there
