Extremely poor customer service and unethical business practice.
RecommendedWe chose to come here for our week summer vacation as we normally go to the jersey shore. Given the limitations with travel we decided on cocoa beach. Great hotel! Friendly staff! Great location to stores and restaurants! We will be back! Best was the ocean view room! Thanks guys!

Apparently, you have to stay at a suite in order to have a building with an elevator. So if you’re not in those and you are handicapped or injured and put on the second floor, you’re screwed. I’ve been at some great best western hotels but this was terrible.
Great room with a seaside view! Staff is awesome
right on the beach...great view. will check out the tiki bar tomorrow..
