Wonderful place to vacation! Love the friendly staff, clean room, quick responses, breakfast, beach, etc. Want to come back one day! Highly recommended!
The staff was so lively and friendly They should be the model for all hotel staff they were so helpful and lovely to us. Thank you Best Western we live our stay in your beach front room
Great to get away and meet up with some family for a few days. The only problem we had was with the house keepers. I caught the first one before she knocked and got a few extra towels and garbage bags. Tried to hand her the old linen and she just walked away. 1 couldn't speak a lick of english. And the last day we came back from breakfast to find the housekeeper walking out of our room finding our drawers had been completely gone thru and left wide open. This place is great! I love the staff and the room is wonderful!! I highly advise you stay here if you visit cocoa beach!! Better get the room with the beach front view.
This is our 2nd time staying here, we checked in both times with Todd. This 2nd time we brought additional families. When I to check in my reservations had been cancelled, so I was a nervous wreck. Todd fixed the problem and we even got a free upgrade. This was a blessing! We traveled from Ohio with a group of 12, the situation could have been a nightmare. Todd did a great job and was able to get us all together in one building. Thanks!!!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a family suite at check-in, which was perfect for our family! The kids loved the heated pool at night time, and being on the beach and next to the Pier was fabulous. For the price, this hotel was worth every dollar we spent! We will definitely stay here again!
