noisy room, due to major event at the hotel. Requested to speak with manger- front desk was rude and offered an "insincere" apology. Manager was not available and never contacted me after i requested to speak with the manager. public access to hotel room floors with no security. Exterior doors not locked and those that did lock used chains and pad locks on public exits.
Recommendeddoor key cards didnt work to get in from outside half the time. room wasn't ready. staff super nice. great pool

We Spent our 5 Yr wedding Anniversary here Last night and We were Very pleased with our room. (The Bridal Suite) . Checking in at the front desk was a Breeze. Jenny was the girl who checked us in, Super sweet lady and. Very helpful. Thank you Jenny: ) went to breakfast this morning at the tavern inside the motel and all the staff was super friendly. Our stay couldn't of Been any better. IT met all of our expectations. We will definitely be coming back.
They were great...Moved to Florida..Wish they had the same exact one around here..
