We really liked this location. It's clean, recently updated, great staff, and great breakfast. The rooms are clean and clearly recently updated. I'd stay here again anytime.
Canceled the reservation I made 2 weeks ago the day I was supposed to arrive. Sure this is probably a nice hotel but why bother if they will not honor their reservation and pull it at the last minute.
Exceptional service. One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in thus trip.

This is easily one of my favorite hotels when flying through Billings! It's modern, extremely clean, and the heated bathroom floors are a great touch year-round. What truly sets them apart is the outstanding staff. Very great restaurants in walking distance. After accidentally leaving my brand-new MacBook behind, the gentleman I first called, the woman who took my follow-up, and Molly (who provided the update) were all incredible.
