Camere comode, bagno piccolo ma con tutto il necessario. abbiamo avuto problemi con un motore di un condizionatore fuori la stanza che tutta la notte nn ha fatto molto rumore. Colazione varia e buona sia dolce che salata. Lo staff alla reception molto gentile. La pulizia delle camere ha disturbato alle 8 di mattina il giorno del check in, da rivedere. Parcheggio pagato con supplemento di 20€ al giorno
Loved our stay here. Besides the great location, the staff was very nice and hard working. Something that is rare these days. Best breakfast with lots of options and love; in a clean and comfortable environment. Rooftop area is a great place to relax and enjoy your afternoons. Lots of great details that show they really care about the guest experience. Keep up the good work.🤗
BED BUG INFESTATION and UNRESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT. Unacceptable Bed Bug Experience. I checked in late on August 14th and discovered a bed bug on the bed across from me the next morning. I have video evidence of the bed bug. I immediately reported this to management, who were unhelpful and suggested the bed bug originated from my luggage. This is highly unlikely as my luggage was near the entrance, and I woke up with numerous bites on my leg from the bed I slept in.
