BED BUG INFESTATION and UNRESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT. Unacceptable Bed Bug Experience. I checked in late on August 14th and discovered a bed bug on the bed across from me the next morning. I have video evidence of the bed bug. I immediately reported this to management, who were unhelpful and suggested the bed bug originated from my luggage. This is highly unlikely as my luggage was near the entrance, and I woke up with numerous bites on my leg from the bed I slept in. Best hotel in downtown area. You can tell they care because they take the time to make their property look nice, they have plants and lounge chairs Everywhere! Rooms are very clean and smell like they are clean. You might forget you're in downtown SD, the property is so clean. Nicest staff, communicates with you, and they were able to accomodate early check in for an extra fee. Very convenient. Complimenrary breakfast. No complaints at all. Planning on making this my go to hotel for work.
