Been staying at this Hotel for 10 years well traveling through here. This last year the people running this hotel have the wort attitude I have ever seen at a Hotel always trying to overcharge you and double charge for rooms. This place was renovated. A few years ago. These people don’t fix nothing now. We stopped going there. Do your self a favour and Pass this place by
Horrible experience. We booked 2 rooms, we were there at 4:30pm and checkin is at 3. Neither room was ready. Came back around 6 and only one room was ready. Got the key and went to the room. It was occupied, went down to the front desk and they gave us another room. Which was fine only one was ready, we could have put everything in one room. But we walked in the 2nd room and there was other people's bags in it! Not once, but twice we were given a room with people in! And 3 hours past in checkin time and the rooms weren't eve... read more
I don’t typically stay at best western but all of the staff was so courteous. It was so above and beyond what I would expect staying here. Forgot my room key? No problem.. happens all the time. I was met with good mornings and good nights and smiling helpful faces during my stay. Great people.
Very friendly service at the desk and very clean room! Microwave and refrigerator. Plenty of Ice all weekend. Nice concession area. Very nice and clean budget friendly hotel.
