Very poor customer service. No where did it tell me that our hotel room was not connected to the actual hotel. It said we had exterior access so I thought it meant we had our own private door. I planned to enjoy the pool for my son’s birthday. But our hotel room was Motel style and you have to walk outside in the winter to get to the pool and to go have breakfast in the morning, with children it’s not ideal. Manager said nothing they could do and 1800 number hung up on me. Very frustrating.
Good hotel for the money! Can't beat the price during the peak summer season in the area. Off-season is great, too. We stay here almost every time we're in the area. The pool is great. Strong bleach smell. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable.
