New owners saying they took over just a few months ago. We stayed here for Louder Than Life 2026 and I must say the customer service was top notch. Courteous, kind, and even helped out with my fiancé's granddaughter when she needed a pencil and scissors so she could do her homework. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area just outside Louisville, KY. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay pleasant. Excellent customer service at front desk on Thursday evening checking in after Rock on the range.
Not the best, but not the worst.
Conveniently located by a fabulous Mexican restraunt. The morning breakfast was awesome. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean and neat. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner for my hair and the water was nice and warm. If I ever come this way again. I’m coming to this hotel.
