was told by the rude clerk that they refuse service to locals.. I just had a tree fall on my house this afternoon and needed a place to stay that was close by .. Patrick then told me to buzz off.. I would highly recommend going elsewhere

Walked into room one and the smell was headache inducing. Walked into room 2 and found the biggest cockroach I ever saw. Front desk people acted like this was normal thing. Would not give me my money back.

Great clean , spacious rooms ! Breakfast is also pretty good the only thing is that if you need to do laundry the washer dryer are pretty out dated other than that ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ! And shuttle to hotel and back to airport is provided 👍🏼
Bathroom could use some extra cleaning. Dirt in the toilet and rust in tub. Okay for just an over night stay
Be careful and keep a eye on your stuff My clothing came up missing after room service came to our room. Now there giving me a hassle saying they need a receipt. I live way to far to even try and go get one. Went to go buy them at the store again to bring them the receipt and this store dosent Carry then only online. I showed them them online and they continue to tell me the same thing. It’s not that big of a deal things can be replaced but the fact I come here with my stuff and then it disappears. Great room. Not enough stuff at walking distance. In a no smoking room but I can tell someone smoked in the bathroom. Which is not the hotels fault. Would stay here again
