Quiet area, Friendly staff & The room was very clean and smelt clean when we walked in the door. Will definitely book this hotel in the future
Great place to stay for the price, only thing I care about is cleanliness, which they did a great job at. Breakfast is minimal. Great location.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! If you value cleanliness, honesty, professionalism, or basic respect, avoid this property entirely. The room conditions do not match the photos, the environment is noisy and unsanitary, and management (Susan) treats guests disrespectfully instead of taking responsibility for their own failures. Booked a room 2 days out and told the manager that we will be coming in late but we will be there. She canceled my reservations and sold the room to another customer. Is the type of service this place offers? Beware of this place you will not have a room if you come late!! The woman and man said they will still charge my card. I’ve learned that they will cancel you reservation then accept the cash from another person. This is a sick practice and should be reported.
Shortly after our arrival, we discovered bedbugs crawling on the bed. The state of the shower (rotting caulk, see attached photo) and toilet (unflushed upon arrival) also call their cleaning and maintenance practices into question. When we informed the front desk of the bedbugs, she told us that our stay would be refunded and rebooked us into another room. That room was cleaner with no sign of pests.
