Bathroom door in room 219 DOES NOT CLOSE. Weak toilet. Nonfunctional thermostat. Complementary breakfast is nothing but waffles and muffin. If you stay here for multiple nights, room service does nothing but replace towels and unclog the toilet.
Will be going back again!
It cost more than it was advertised
Pool was closed
Very disappointed with our stay. The floors were dirty, and there was mold in the shower, which was especially concerning with my 2-year-old daughter staying with me. I called the front desk to complain and was told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. Poor cleanliness and poor customer service.
