This place was the worst with customer service and I’m not even hard to please for real. First off pulled up and the website is false advertising because why is there a 75.00 security deposit for such a low standard room . The father and son at the front told my family two kids and my husband not to mention I’m pregnant to find another room bc we had questions and was told at first the 75.00 would be given back in a day and then told 3-7 business days . Easy to get to and from due to its location off the highway. Located in a quieter area of town so there are less worries about things like theft. Rooms seem to have fairly new renovations and are always cleaned well. You will definitely get your money’s worth if you stay here. They are all vinyl floors just in case that is something that bothers you, for me I personally like it since I can trust and see that they are cleaned better.
Great location for our baseball tournament. We were a little sad the pool was in renovations, but if I had a few more reviews before we booked, we would have known this ! The front desk staff was great, as was housekeeping. If we come back we will stay again. They're working on getting a better breakfast bar as well, but the waffles and coffee were great.
