Very convenient to most parts of the valley,the freeway is just around the corner. Food was good, served by people who actually seemed to enjoy what they were doing. No real nocks, a good value

The Best Western Dobson Ranch Inn in Mesa Arizona had many good qualities. Location, right off the freeway and on a main roadway. Cleanliness of the rooms was superior. Large, comfortable beds. Size of the rooms was outstanding, and the complimentary cocktail hour and breakfast located at The Other Place (restaurant attached), were fantastic. I stayed at this location for proximity to business. The wide corridors in the otherwise aging structures was a pleasant experience. Inside, room was clean with standard BW quality and included a wired hi-speed Internet connection. A fridge was there but I find a microwave to be more useful than a fridge.The two gals at the front desk were friendly and as cheerful as they could be, while dealing with a tiny personal printer being used for the crucial document printing. This place has a great piece of property, not bad to stay at, but the staff is comatose and facilities run down. Dont expect to get any help with bags nor your room to be ready.

I went to Phx/Mesa with my family for a trip to sunsplash(btw, go to the hotel website for a sunsplash package...its an excellent bargain). Overall, I was very pleased with the experience for \$64 a night. The girls(teenagers) at the front desk were friendly and helpfull. I got a complimentary drink and the free breakfast. Our rooms were turned out every day promptly, and they left extras(towels, etc.) without us asking. Our only complaint was our shower handle broke, but they fixed it in 5 minutes.
