I booked my hotel room from internet for three nights (\$78.00/night) for my sons graduation at ASU this May. My first night was terrible because the loud noise from the broiler next to the room (#121) kept us from getting any rest. We noticed the noise when we were ready to go to bed at around 10:00pm. Very convenient location. Continental breakfast is very well done. The grounds are nicely kept and the staff, on the most part, is friendly. Can find good shopping around the area and spring training is always fun.

Although the BW Dobson Ranch is not a new hotel, it is a beautiful property, well maintained, and very clean. The restaurant is excellent! An excellent value compared to other Phoenix properties - I will definitely return.
Business trip --location perfect for appts I needed to make and facility was clean, spacious rooms with refrigerator and internet connection. Restaurant, "The Other Place" had such a diverse menu that I ate there every evening which was convenient. Breakfast each morning was full--not continental- so no one should leave hungry. Will definitely stay there again on any other trip to Phoenix area.

This was my first time in Arizona and I couldnt be happier with my experience with the Dobson Ranch Inn. The location was phenomenal, we could be anywhere within 20 minutes. The southwest ambiance was incredible, Id definitely stay here again!
