My experience with Best Water Solutions has been nothing short of excellent. The owner Jorge met with me for the initial consultation and helped me find the right water filtration system for my needs. He was transparent with the pricing and did not try and sell me something that I didn’t need. The exceptional service continued with Tammy the scheduling coordinator and Matt and Alex the installers. It’s nice doing business with a company that operates with such a high standard of excellence.
My old water softener stopped working and when Best Water came out they fixed that; however, with water tests we determined that I did not need a water softener, but rather an iron system. Turns out that i have little hardness in my water but a lot of dissolved iron, which was obvious in my toilets. They cam back out and took the old softener and put the iron system in and the water tastes better and no IRON! They were efficient and professional and fixed all my issues. Thank you! Bad Water now Good Water Was on city water and could smell and taste it! Talked to GRU and they told me everything was fine but I could tell it wasn't. Best Water installed a softener and a kitchen filter system and now everything is great. Water tastes "clean" and feels a lot better. Good service good people.
