Linda from the office was very sweet on the phone and sent Alan to see me same day. I was really fed up with a place called R&R Window that promised me the world and didn’t deliver. He did a very thorough job and talked me through every detail along the way. His quote was more reasonable than I expected. To top it off, he was incredibly sweet to my two dogs so he's obviously a stand up guy! Only wish I hired him earlier.
