I am very happy with my new sunroom. It is just as I imagined. Robert worked with me to make sure that I got what I wanted. The job was completed within a timely fashion (there was a slight delay due to weather). The crew was courteous and friendly.

My wife and I love the new windows (top of the line model 477). To make sure we were satisfied, the General Manager even came out to check on us.

The project took much longer than promised. Work crew was courteous but not neat. Project manager was not out very often. When asked to send people to clean up, shop vac and broom were not brought out. Mr. Reynolds made sure everything was fixed. I would use them again. Hilda H.

Lack of communication, lack of experienced personnel. It was like pulling teeth to get them to come out. I was always texting and calling to find out what was next and when they said they'd show up they didn't. Mind you it was a 66sqft sunroom. No roof needed. Tried to get me to sign a document stating I was happy with their workmanship. I refused. It's not even completed. Almost 3 months. Still waiting on inspections which I kept asking for the date.
