The installers did not call or give notification prior to arrival, they just showed up
Very good! They did knock the Direct TV sat. off and had to get another. They will have to fix holes in the roof where the satellite dish was.
If I could rate this company no stars I would! First off! They called me, after I completed an online site for roof recommendations. I had an estimate appointment set. The day before the appt. I get a call from someone there to confirm. Date good, time good, house info-check. Then he asked if my husband would be present. Well, no I said he was working. we are both working full time and super busy... The rep said they couldn't do the appointment if my husband wasn't present! Are you kidding me! Customer service was a class act. They stayed in touch with me each step of they way. The job took longer than expected, a shed roof was not included on the installers paperwork. The 2 day job turned into 4 days, I was provided a cell number I could call thru the weekend if there were any issues. All debris was cleaned up when they were finished. Due to recent rain, ruts were made in the yard, I have been assured that the yard will be taken care of. I would recommend this company.

I liked the rep. who came out to demonstrate the windows. The installers were fine and completed the job. However, I have never received the receipt for my final payment--and any of the "warranty materials." This makes me wonder if the warranty is as good as the salesperson said.
I was impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable the sales associate was. He explained the entire process and answered my questions satisfactorily. I am very pleased with the work that was done. The new roof added much needed value, beautified my home and gave me peace of mind.
There was a mixup due to the materials not being delivered before job was to be done. Also, even though I double checked the afternoon before that the back porch roof was not be be included, That's where they started. Fortunately, the shingles were in stock so they still finished on time & I got free porch roof!!! Neighbors all love roof.
Best Value Remodelers will deliver on there word..They did outstanding on my roof, and in timely manner.
