We had the staff from Best Value Home Improvement do our long white picket fence which covers 2 lots. The staff of three worked all day efficiently and quickly and complete a two day job in one. Everything was done perfectly and everything was cleaned up. The cost was in keeping with our other estimates but, in this case, the owner, *****, followed up and closed the deal making the needed modifications quickly, unlike the others. They get the job done! – Best Value just completed three projects at my home; painting an upstairs bathroom, painting a studio, and repairing my deck. I am completely satisfied with the work they performed and found them easy to work with. I was particularly pleased because I had wanted to get the deck repaired for sometime but had been unable to interest anyone in this relatively small job. Beautiful Work – Excellent Workmanship...Best Value painted and restored our triplex including scaffolding and deck repair. Manny, the project manager was a pleasure to work with and gave me a fair price for such a challenging job. The crew was very professional. Job well done and quickly done – I live in the Temescal neighborhood of Oakland. Best Value did repairs and also re-roofed our garage. They also did some work on our deck. The project was well managed and done very quickly.

Great job! – I'm very happy with the redecorating work done by Best Value Home Improvements. In addition to painting and carpeting two rooms and a hallway, I had an ugly popcorn ceiling in one room refinished, and the bathroom was redone -paint, new toilet, sink, tile etc. The painters, the carpet installers, and the plumber/ electrician were efficient and cooperative. TERRIFIC JOB @ our Mom's house in San Leandro – My brother & I contacted this company due to a green flyer - So glad Andy saved it! The written estimate seemed fair for several long overdue upgrades needed on Mom's 50 yr old home.
