I was called with a price. Get there and it is $20 more then I was told! Then, they cant reach the owner....total BS

Their customer service is terrible. They sell vaccums however you may be better off to find what you need online. I don't recommend you buy anything at this business!! They will rip you off in a heartbeat!!
Took my vacuum in for a part and there was a miscommunication on the handle being fixed. When I took it back in he fixed the part at no charge, great customer service from the owner! Thanks again.

Worst customer service ever - shocking, actually. Was told would be called if repair cost would be over $50 - go to pick up, cashier says it's almost $70 - told him I was told I would get called, and he says 'sorry - forgot. $65....' Told him I shouldn't have to pay for his mistake since I wasn't even sure if I wanted to spend that much on a repair, and it's not even my vacuum, but my mother-in-law's - owner comes over, yells at cashier for not calling since people get mad, then tells me it's $65 still - I say I shouldn't ha... read more
