Rude service over the phone!
I am outraged as I write this message. I dropped my Dyson off for repairs (not an inexpensive vacuum) to All Brand the week before everything shut down in March. Knowing that they shut down and were more than likely backlogged, I waited until the end of June to call and check on my vacuum since I hadn't heard anything. The man that answered told me that he was staring right at it but hadn't looked at it yet because they had been swamped. I had a problem with a broken door hinge,a terrible design from Frigidaire, intentionally made to be replaced often and at a very costly price. So, Instead of buying the part again from Frigidaire , I took it to All brand vacuum for repair, Tony (The owner)fixed the faulty design and replaced it with a sturdy long lasting secret method.
