Jim is always a pleasure to work with and so helpful and wealth of knowledge. This is good old fashioned customer service. The new location is great with a lot more room.
I have done Business with best tool for years Jim always knows how to help with the job at hand, he knows his tools and can always get what you are after. ,he has a good supply of tools and hardwareJim is the guy To go to. I’ve been stumped many times and Jim had an answer . His service can’t be beat . Also his pricing is very competitive and has saved me a lot of dollars over the years . I would recommend his and Tracy s hardware store to anyone .
