Poor customer service - we were informed about the fact that they move their office from Anaheim just one week before our trip. That means for us that we loose half of our Disneyland day just to drop off the RV in El Monte and come back to Anaheim. We are coming from Europe, planned out trip carefully well in advance and selected this provider specifically for the location. Best Time RV doesn't assume any responsibility for ruining part of our vacation, they are rude and it is impossible to at least give us a lift to Anaheim... read more

Very happy with the service. Booking was easy, communication effective and friendly, the staff in San Fransisco was great to deal with. The RV was almost new and in immaculate condition. No complains really, would certainly recommend them.
I was a new customer calling the delta location and I had some questions that needed to answered before I booked. The lady on the phone was so rude to me when I was asking simple questions like “I have a 10month old, what type of rv should I rent?” Or “I’m new to this so can you please explain a bit more of the booking process?” The lady on the phone was sarcastic and uninterested in my business! Rented from across the country and when we arrived and we told them where we were going the price increased by 3k with a 2k deposit! On return they kept $500 of the deposit despite them admitting the RV was very clean. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Rented in Phoenix, Arizona
Desastre la compañía . No se hacen cargo de nada , nos cobraron 3 días de más porque dijeron que el mínimo era de 7 días. Cuando nosotros especificamos bien los dias de alquiler. Cuando fuimos a buscar la rv tuvimos q esperar 4 horas ya que se habían equivocado en la hora que mandaron por mail. No recomiendo a nadie alquilar en esta compañía, muy malos tratos de parte del personal.
