I was interested in purchasing a mini Winnie and we got approved for 13% interest?? 😡 they said our credit was not the best (LIES) we didn’t know any better and tried to purchase the trailer at that rate. They Asked for paystub’s and other things and we gave it to them and they never responded back to us. We did however go to Johnnie Walker RV and got a brand new 2021 trailer with 5% interest. SHAME ON BEST TIME RV AND THE RUDE SALES STAFF

I understand your frustration with the interest rate, but we are not the ones who set your rate. We cannot double and triple the rate the bank gives us for you. If we gave you a rate, it was based off of what the banks approved you for based on your credit scores and other factors. With all RV Companies providing free cancellation fee for COVID-19, this company still charging full cancellation fee!!! Insane!
We rented an RV few months ago for May 2020. Unfortunatelly the COVID 19 occured and the US goverment closed the borders so we are unable to go. I am just shocked that money is above health in this case. We are ofcourse not able to pick the RV as we are not allowed to enter the country, but the company refused to return us the deposit of 300 USD paid in advance. I definitely do not reccomend this company as this behaviour is not only breaking the international and US law, but it us agains a human behaviour too. NOT RECOMMEND... read more
I do not recommend Best Time RV. I gave them a month to schedule service on my Winnebago, called several times and talked to them, they were always too busy to schedule an appointment. They would never call me back. Better off going up BH to their competitor.
Don’t book directly with them! It seems cheaper but you can’t waive the deductible and they will make you pay. The RV we rented was good and in good condition. The staff at our pick up location in LA was very friendly and helpful, the staff at drop off in LA not so much. We did have scratches on a decal of the vehicle and while we overheard on the phone that they will be able to brush it off and change the decal they made us pay 250$ of the 1000$ deductible. RecommendedBest Time RV is a great place to rent an RV. They were very friendly and helpful in all areas from the reservation to returning the RV and the transport to the airport. When we checked in they helped us understand the RV and gave us ideas on where to get groceries. They answered our calls while on the road and sent a service man when we had some problems, with no cost to us. The RV was equipped with everything we needed except food! Wir haben im Sommer 2019 einen 23ft-Camper für einen 3wöchigen Roadtrip gemietet und ware sehr zufrieden. Das Fahrzeug war in einem sehr guten Zustand! Übernahme und Rückgabe waren sehr unkompliziert mit sehr freundlichem, teilweise deutschem Personal. Unterwegs ist ein 24Stunden-Roadservice für einen da. Ich würde Best Time RV jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
We rented a Jeep and a trailer with my family and it turns out that the trailer had no brakes. They never gave us technical service. We lost reservations, vacation time and money. When we returned the vehicles they charged us the deposit without explanation. California is a beautiful state and we thank the region and its inhabitants for giving us a dream vacation.
