I scheduled a telehealth visit with the doctor June of last year. I waited an hour and he never showed up. They billed be $200 for a visit he never showed up to, so I called to get that bill cancelled. They offered me another visit, and I accepted. Same thing happened. This place really helped me get through a rough divorce. Steven was amazing. I am actually coming back to get his info to refer a friend of mine who is going through a tough time.
Don’t waste your time or money.Scheduled appointment over a week ago for 10:30 got here no one was here.Waited over 40 min.Text them called them no reply till a hour later.I guess his time is more important then mine .
