They made me wait 35 minutes past the time they said they could start. Then rushed me through the appointment. There was no attention to my experience and they were very rough with my hands. I got a french tip acrylic set and have glue all over my skin. The glue is digging into the side/underneath of my nail beds and it hurts to move. When I look under my nails there is a gap between my natural nail and the tip which can cause long term complications. They always take good care of me and my nails are on point always
I love this place! They always take such great care of me. I noticed nail spas use timers now when massaging. Always makes me feel rushed. Here you won’t find a timer. Just great customer service. They take their time, and really create a relaxing environment.
Great attention to detail!
I love it here. Some places you go home feeling like it was great, and a couple days later, it seems like I need to go back. I feel great when I leave and for a few weeks after. I came after a recent surgery, and they were so patient and gentle with me.
