Used to love going here but since they got a new male doctor. Been absolutely rude and treating me like an inconvenience instead of a patient. I arrived 20 minutes before the lunch (not that I planned it, I wasn't aware of this beforehand) and everyone at the desk proceeded to inform me of this as I was waiting in pain from an abcessed tooth. Been on hold for 15 minutes, been trying to get ahold of them for the past few days to get a appointment for my daughter. I guess they don't want my business.
Horrible experience since the last time I was there 2yrs ago! This time I arrive at the dentist office like told at 8:45am to do a walk in. I get there at 8:40am go to the door and wait. Its now 9:05am so I call the cs number and ask are they opening today. The lady has me on hold for several minutes, and she comes vack and say's oh the Davenport office dont open until 10am.
