**Update: I have now discovered the the dentist made a hole in the gum of the tooth next to the one she attempted to extract. This hole is exposing the root of that tooth and causing a lot of pain. I have also discovered that the office forged my signature on the consent document. I asked to see the original as I know I did not sign that document.
