Cleaner arrived 1.5 hours later than scheduled and I should've canceled it then. When he arrived, he gave me a ridiculous highball price for the shampooing and proceeded to only spend 15 minutes on the room. Save yourselves the trouble and rent a machine at Home Depot y'all!
