We just used best roofing and they were fantastic. Excellent communication and fast and thorough work. They pulled off our whole roof and replaced it in one day! They also did other work for us and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I am will be using them for all of our future home care needs!
When I first contacted them, the owner came out right away and did the bid for my roof & siding. He was very thorough with his measurements and explanation of the process. Big big mistake using this company! Doesn’t follow up after paid for dealing around chimney. Won’t come about gutter problem when had new roof on. Said there’s a guarantee in workmanship but will not follow back up with us. Hired Russ brother Bob to gut and remodel whole bathroom. Grout cracking within days, toilet not flush, drywall sloppy, he was washing out his grout buckets in kitchen sink and plugged up the sewer pipes cost is $700.00 plus for repairs. I don't know this company or much about them. I never reached out to them, yet they keep calling me wanting me to set up a time for a "free inspection". They've called me multiple times over the last several months. This is pure harassment.
Just had Best Roofing do my roof. Very reasonable prices and extremely efficient. I would recommend Russ to anyone. Super nice guy!
