Best Roofing is the best company! They did my roof 3 years ago and we decided to do an addition and there was no question that we wanted Best Roofing to do the roof as they did a fantastic job! Things have been super busy this year, and it did take longer than I had hoped to get a quote, but it was well worth the wait. They were able to get a crew to dry in my roof before the weather turns bad and then will come back and do the shingles in a week. Terrible communication. Had to try calling over a dozen times to have the dump trailer removed from my driveway 2 days after job was finished. The clean up around my yard was sub-par. I have dogs and young children that play in our backyard. I found a dozen nails and other garbage that should have been picked up. Only after calling the company with complaints did they send someone with a magnet to clean up the nails that I had not picked up myself. Great customer service and communication. They did a great job on our new roof and left our property spotless when they were done. They even hauled off a load of tree branches I had to trim from the roofline. Highly recommended.
Best Roofing replaced our roof this past week and we are very happy with the whole process. The crew arrived right on time and did an amazing job. The workers were very professional and the foreman Daniel communicated well with us how it was going. They were meticulous in their cleanup each day as they left. During the process I personally walked the roof several times and inspected their work to see if they were installing it as they said they would.
