We need to hire a roofer to re-do the work they did. A sales person from BRiT approached us to see if we had storm damage. We weren't aware of any but we did have some fascia and soffit that needed replacing. When they found storm damage, they said insurance would replace the roof. The existing issues were not covered by insurance. We indicated we would pay for that separately and asked for an estimate. The last thing we wanted was a new roof with bad spots underneath. The roof on my house was installed one or two years ago for the prior owner of my house but I was assured by Best Roof that a LOOSE TILE PROBLEM was COVERED under the company's warranty. Loved working with this company! They provided quality work as well as top notch customer service. They were also great with communication, nothing hidden and no surprises-straightforward from the very beginning. Such a pleasure to work with and our roof looks better than it did before!

If the sign says no trespassing - It says no trespassing, do not bother us and the representative did not even care to have a face mask on. If Best Roof in Town is working on a neighbor's house, that is not approval to trespass on our land.

Best Roof In Town and their owner, Bonner ********did a fantastic job on our house in Georgetown. The roof looks great and the gutters look great too. The clean up was very good and the work was done very quickly. I would suggest to anyone needing a new roof to use them.

When our roof was damaged by hail our neighbor told us about Best Roof in Town. We contacted them and got immediate response. Bonner inspected the roof, advised us of the damage, then worked with the insurance adjuster to insure all damage was covered. Also Bonner was flexible in the repair effort, allowing us to get some other work done. The crew did the repair in a day, took extra care to not damage plantings, and did a great cleanup. We are very pleased with our new roof!!

I watched my neighbors home being roofed by Best Roof In Town Was very impressed with them. I asked Marshal B******* to come do a estimate on my roof. he then pointed out all the roof damage I had. and then explained to me what I had to do to get My Insurance adjuster out to assess the damage.
