Amazing products. Customer service is amazing.
My dad bought 2 cars. $300 each. Both dead less than 3 years later. My sons car was never left outside. We both bought new batteries for them. $60 each. It wasn’t the battery it’s an electrical issue. After a million tries calling them, their customer service said these car break down after 2 years and want me to buy replacement parts with no guarantee it will work
Bought a car for my son and the car malfunctioned in 2 days the wheels don’t turn manually steering wheel or through remote. Been trying to call this company’s customer service for last 3 days and no one picks up. It’s goes to VM and have left several VM’s, they are completely unresponsive. Customer service team is useless. I don’t know what else to do hence writing this review hoping someone from their team will contact me to get the issue fixed h see warranty.
