We have two properties that Best Rentals have controlled for the past eight years. They have been able to supply long term tenants for both properties. All needed repairs brought up by tenants have been quickly resolved to the satisfaction of both the tenants and ourselves. Doug does a great job, we are very satisfied.
Very friendly staff.
We strongly recommend Best Rentals. We rented our home for over 2 yrs while we traveled. When we return, we moved into the same house that we had left. Yes, there were some repair issues, but Best Rentals staff contacted us even when we were in Mexico and took personal interest in each issue until it was resolved.
there is no worse rental agency in south lake tahoe!!! these guys are snakes. months to get repairs done then the work was done by a "friend" sub par work had to call a repair guy myself and pay myself. do not work with this company!!!!
