We started working with Josh of Best Rate Plumbing about 2 years ago when our main water line failed and had to be replaced. He got all the permits and completed the job quickly. We were so impressed we’ve continued to hire him for many more jobs and have always been pleased. Josh is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what the job requires. Taylor in the office is also very friendly and always does a great job working me into the schedule. We highly recommend Best Rate Plumbing!

Best rate did a good job, but their prices were extremely high. We were charged over $500 to put in one valve that cost $40. It took them less than 30 minutes to complete the work. I looked up the average price for this kind of work online and the national average was $250-325.

Best Rate Plumbing did excellent work repairing our bathtub faucets. They are a great company offering water heater repair, drain cleaning, well pump replacement and much more. My experience with Best Rate has prompted me to get the word out about who they are and how well they do what they promise.

They made it a easy process from start to finish. Easy and professional. Thought the plumber josh laney was nice to talk to and did a great job. Gave a 5 star, but felt price was a little high.

Great service but horrible pricing. They were here for 30 minutes for a leaky pipe. They didn't replace the pipe, instead they just cut it back. And it still cost $275!!! That's insane. I'll know better to go with someone who charges by the hour next time.
