Everyone at Best Rate Towing that I dealt with was polite and helpful! The tow driver, Tim Droge, was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!
Tim Droge was phenomenal! I was stuck at a friends farm where he assisted me in maneuvering my vehicle. Due to terrible road conditions and directions, I ended up on a dirt road in the middle of no where, stuck in the snow. Tim came to my rescue again, without complaint and was able to tow my vehicle to safety. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and really seemed to actually love his job. I recommend everyone use best rate towing!
Tim picked us up and drove us to the top of Hyalite Reservoir to pull our car out of a ditch. He was very friendly and nice to talk to on the drive up. Very fast and very professional, also one of the only guys brave enough to tow out of Hyalite and was a very reasonable price. Would call again if ever stuck!
I slid off the road up past Hyalite Reservoir and got stuck in some deep snow, unable to get towed out by a normal truck. I called Best Rate and Tim was very helpful, he got us out quickly and his service was outstanding. I highly recommend!
