Absolutely amazing service. A friend and I both slid off a forest service road into some deep powder in the drainage. We were ripped off by a different company that wasn't even able to get to the trucks to attempt to get them out, but still charged us an outrageous amount. PJ and Joel from Best Rate came out the next day with the right tools for the job and had both trucks back on the main road within two hours. Jay was right there Johnny on the spot and made sure my mother and I were taken care of. He dealt with Uhaul and made sure everything was taken care of as quickly as he could to get us on our way. Thank you so much Jay and to the other mechanics also. You are awesome and highly recommended!
