Chris and his whole team ( Sue and Cam) were awesome to work with. I met with Chris and he took care of everything from the estate sale to the clean out of my Aunts house that she lived in for over 50 years. It was great when you are moving a loved one out of their home to assisted living to have someone like Chris to take the reins and give you one less thing to think about.
Chris and his staff are professional and very nice. I have been to several of their sales and very happy with my finds.

Very pleasant people to deal with very professional and Pleasant look forward to going to some estate sales
My parent's house had over 50 years of "stuff". We were lucky to have Best Rate come in and run the estate sale. After the estate sale, they emptied the house so I could sell it. Not only did they clear the house out, my mom made quite a bit of cash. I wish I had before and after pictures. It was unbelievable. Three days after the cleanout, the house sold. An empty house is so much easier to sell
