Our purchase, or attempt, has been more than a headache! We spent almost $20,000 on a trailer, decided to go pick it up, a 12 hour drive, only to find out the trailer needed to be completely stripped and basically rebuilt due to defects. Initially, everyone seemed willing to make it right, but almost a year later and we still don't have our trailer. What kind of follow-up and customer service is that?
