Had an evening plumbing emergency that required me to turn off the water to the house. I called the big company in town first, and they couldn't come out until the next day. Spending a night with no running water (unplanned) and five adults in the house? - absolutely not. Called these guys up and they were at my house in 1.5 hours to save the day. We scheduled appt, they showed up and read the easy things on inspection report, and they handed me a paper refusing the job and walked put. The electrician and locksmith were in shock. They told me over the phone they had lots of time to help, then in person they said they were all booked up. Horrible company.
Helped me with several plumbing repairs. He did good work and I would hire him again.
The water dept showed up yesterday at 5pm to tell me I have a leak at the water junction box and shut my water down. I was frantically going through google trying to find a plumber that was open but everyone was closed. One was open til 6pm but said they couldn't come til next week. I have 3 toilets and thus only 3 flushes so I was desperate. If I had to wait days for a repair I'd have to go to Albertsons to use the toilet.
