Came back to change my review, I believe communication could improve .. at first getting our inspection back Shawn said the garage opener didnt work and the dishwasher didn’t work. After addressing these concerns with the sellers they sent videos of proving they both work. I asked Shawn about both these and he later said the dishwasher breaker was off that he didn’t want to turn it on if they had it off for a reason. But didn’t say anything about that prior.
