Let me start by saying the person at the front desk was professional. My big problem was with the doctor doing the evaluation. He started off the video call already angry, he went on a long rant about how my generation can't handle problems. It was such a horrible expirance, I felt like I was being attacked for no reason. I would never go to this establishment to renew my recommendation. Jeffrey Milkman you are a terrible MD! Next time you have a vendetta against a generation keep it to yourself.
Excellent customer service. I called the office before 9am when the office'office's listed hours start at 10:30am. The proprietor telephoned me back within 10 mins. I had been evaluated by Dr. Porte. My evaluation expires Jan 2018. But since Dr. Port is no longer with the company my verifications were failing. The proprietor offered, unprompted, to mail me new paperwork at no charge. He did this because the Long Beach office where I had originally been evaluated had closed and he was saving me the trouble of traveling to oth... read more
