I reached out to inquire about casket pricing for a family friend, and the individual who answered the phone, possibly Terry as mentioned in other reviews, displayed an incredibly unpleasant and rude attitude. It's baffling how someone can work in an industry meant for assisting those who have lost loved ones while lacking basic compassion. In addition to being unhelpful, he refused to provide pricing, which goes against FTC funeral laws. All I can say is WOW! Absolutely the WORST experience. My wife and mother in law called ahead before showing up to see prices on caskets. After arriving, they found a casket they wanted. After talking to the manager or owner and answering his questions he completely flipped his attitude after he was told what funeral home it needed to be shipped to. This company has the rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. When the gentleman started cussing literally stating " No Shit Lady" twice to my mother regarding a refund for a vault that can not be shipped..

I have order over 200-ish caskets from Terry at Best Priced Caskets/Funeral showroom, Terry has always been good to talk to me and help me, as has his staff, they have never one time sent me a damaged casket nor have I ever had any problems with them, I promise you, he’s better to work with then many funerals homes i know.
