Alex is extremely professional and was able to get my sisters wash machine back up in running when we thought it was done for. Do NOT buy here! They only want your money. They appliances are rigged too work until the warranty runs out. After that your on your OWN, even if it's the SAME issue. Caesar and Erika was Great!!
