I bought a whirlpool washer and dryer set in April 2019. 3 months later, the dryer started giving us problems. We had it fixed. Then in Feb 2020, the dryer stopped working altogether. Best Price Appliances sent two techs out to see what was wrong with it. They told my fiance that it was 2 different problems and that it would cost approx $350 to get the dryer fixed. I purchased a washer and dryer from them. They stated before the purchase products that I lived in Salisbury. Erika stated it might be more than the normal $55 cost for delivery but if service needed she would find out how much more but yes they would service it. I pick-up the washer and dryer on Mar 14th. I used the dryer that night for two loads of laundry and it has not worked since. They stated to me and the financing company that they would come to service the equipment. por favor estoy denunciando a esta agencia que me vendieron una refri y al mes ya no servía y no responde por venirme a arreglar por favor no vayan a comprar nada a esa agencia donde yo fui a comprar porque son unos mañosos. y supuestamente esa refri es nueva porque me costó casi los $700 y hoy no me la quieren venir arreglar ni responder nada así es que por favor no vayan a comprar refri a esta agencia.

I got scammed by a local competitor when I found Best Price. Caesar and Frederico attended to my concerns and came through like a trooper. Purchased a refrigerator, washer & dryer from here 6 months ago.. Freezer was not making ice or the fridge keeping cold. This happened the day before my warranty ended, so I took it back to have it fixed & it took over a week. They had to replace the computer board as it was not functioning & fridge was frozen for a good 2 days before thawing out. Cost them around $400!
