I switched here after my previous PCP moved back to Knoxville. Kimi is knowledgeable, funny, doesn't dismiss any of my issues or blame it all on needing to lose weight. She listens, cares, and is my personal favorite provider I have ever seen. She understands my struggles and goes above and beyond what any other provider has ever done to help me, my husband, or my kids.
First time going to the Dr in several years. They made me feel right at home and like part of their family. Kim Guffey spent some time talking to me about my health and family and didn't make me feel like she was in a rush to get to her next stop. My whole family will be going here in the future. I went in for an appointment feeling perimenopausal symptoms (night sweats, fatigue toward late afternoon, hot flashes and had a recent 30 lb weight gain. The symptoms was causing intimacy issues as I explained I was just so tired at end of day that I just wanted to go to sleep. She asked questions about regular cycle and the fact I’m still on birth control. Honestly if I could give this place 10 stars I most definitely do so, this place gave me and my fiancé one if not the best care we have had in a long time probably the best ever, they got us in on time and treated us with such professionalism and were sympathetic to our medical needs and their facilty was so clean and welcoming, we most definitely left there with a smile on our face and the after care is just as good they are on point on time with your refills definitely no lapse between refills, they definitely do live up ... read more
