I see all the nice reviews this company has received, but not for me! I called them out to detect a leak in my pool! I asked the despatched person if they find the leak will the tech be able to repair it while he’s here, I was told yes! The tech came out with a dye detection kit that you can purchase on Amazon for $15! He had No idea if I had a leak or not? Then he says that he will have to send his pressure person out which will cost me $800, mind you I have already been charged $299 for this ridiculous dye test that shows ... read more

i had a great experience with my pool service today in sunland. my regular technician let his supervisor, sebastian, know that our pool pump wasn’t working. sebastian gave me a call and came by after the tech had finished. he checked all the breakers in our garage and found that even though the one labeled “pool” wasn’t tripped, another breaker had actually caused the problem. he reset it, walked around the house several times to check on the pump, and made sure everything was running perfectly. sebastian also noticed that t... read more
