I do recommend this place to others, if it's their thing. This kind of pizza is not for everyone and the place is small. The beers offered are great and they will offer tasters. Go at lunch time for a slice that they reheat and try a beer.
Really, the best pizza in Mira Mesa! The Sauce, toppings, and sides such as Lasagna are awesome!
Have been here a few times. And everytime I come in food has been excellent! I usually order a large size pizza and take it home. Next day, it's just as good! Today I ordered a sub and a couple salads. All of which were hands down flavorful and such a big portion! I am impressed by this place!! Found my new favorite place.
So being from East Coast and a master chef and having to relocate to the West Coast I have some pizza issues. You can chime in Don of DiFiore's, Lou of Mangene's, Carmen, Luigi, Paulie, Vincenzo, Patrico and others.. First we have an incredible amount of over sugary sauce I am guessing one cup too much for 6 #10 tins. Dough also has way too much sugar perhaps an extra cup per 100lbs of flour.
