Nasty. I tried contacting them and they never pick up the phone. When I succeeded getting someone on the line they answered with an attitude and once I said hi their response was "ugh." Definitely not a place I want to start my physical therapy.

I highly do not recommend this place as the reception is not professional, the place is hard to find. There is no reminder and no one pick up the phone.
I saw this therapist named Deanna Mekata at this office in Cupertino. She was horrible. She was not knowledgeable at all. Also, she had a very bad attitude and a very bad personality. She kept looking at her watch without focusing on the work she had to do, kept chatting with the girl that she was training and she didn't even listen to the questions that I was asking her.
