I can't believe that is the owner at the counter. He is the rudest person I have encountered in awhile. Maybe it's time for him to retire. I was reluctant to leave my mini schnauzer & I should have followed my feeling. I read reviews on here about the groomer having 20+ years experience & either she wasn't in that day or they had someone training. That was the absolute worst groom I have seen. I had to go a couple of days later somwhere else to get it fixed. Terrible experience!!!
Great place. – My dogs teddy bear cut looks cool an the ribbons are becoming,I like this place.
