Horrible communication, do not use these people to rent ur home. They dont respond and leave tenants hanging.
TLDR: As both a landlord and home owner, we needed to rent for a unique situation and went to what we thought was going to be a responsive and easy PM co to work with. "Best PM" is a complete misnomer. Look elsewhere, this rating must be purchased. We were relocating to Orlando and needed to get into something quickly. It took 4 days before we got any kind of response. This was after trying to contact them via phone, email, zillow, etc. Complete radio silence on a higher end home.
